The Role This is a highly administrative, senior support role where no two days look the same. You’ll be providing end-to-end assistance to a Principal and other lawyers at varying levels, with allocations tailored to experience and working style. Your responsibilities will include: File and matter management across public liability and broader insurance litigation matters Preparing, formatting and amending legal documents Managing inboxes, diaries, deadlines and court dates Assisting with billing and general practice administration Liaising with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders Supporting a busy practice with competing priorities About You This role will suit someone who: Has solid experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant Is confident supporting senior lawyers in a busy private practice firm Brings strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Is proactive, reliable and comfortable juggling multiple priorities Enjoys being a trusted support person within a close-knit team Why This Role?
